    Thankyou soooo much! I do fitness testing at school and we have to do crunches and I couldn’t do many because I never did it right but now I can!
    Im also trying to get a more flatter stomach.

    Thanks allot, i notice the muscles working right away.. every time i tried it before i would only feel it in my back and would have to stop because i knew it was incorrect.. great vid
