If I did 3 miles on the treadmill everyday and 40 minutes on the stationary bike how much will i lose?

Okay ѕο i really need tο lose weight before June аnԁ i already ѕtаrtеԁ dieting , i changed mу whole diet аnԁ im eating a lot healthier.
Sο i wаѕ wondering іf i ԁο 3-4 miles οn thе treadmill аnԁ 40minutes tο 1 hour οn thе stationary bike hοw much ԁο уου thіnk i саn lose іn 4 months ?
Anԁ probably аѕ i ɡο οn ill increase thе numbers bυt fοr now whаt ԁο уου thіnk ?
btw: I’m 15 , 5′3 , аnԁ 197 аѕ οf now.

If you decrease your calorie intake to around 1200 per day, and exercise for 30 minutes per day, then you will lose 3 pounds per week, which is the Absolute Maximum that you should aim for.
Seeing as you need to lose approximately 75 pounds, that will take approximately 25 weeks.
A better goal is to lose 1-2 pounds per week. It’s much easier to do. That will have you at your optimum weight in about a year.

Your diet will have more of an effect on your weight loss. Don’t worry about how much you lose just keep exercising to reach your goal. Get a bicycle and start ridding outside you will burn a lot more calories. You want to plan your meals and only eat at certain times of the day. Slowly decrease the amount of food you eat, the less you weigh the fewer the calories you burn. Keep exercising no matter if you lose or not you want to build more muscles. It takes twice the number of calories to keep a lb of muscle as it does a lb of fat. Exercise will reduce your appetite so exercise before eating.

The amount of food you take in is just as important for weight loss as the amount of exercise you do. If you start to eat more because of the additional exercise thinking you need the extra energy, you could easily gain weight. To lose weight, you have to take in fewer calories than you burn, so you have to know exactly how many calories you take in before you can figure out if you are going to lose weight.
