How much cardio a day is good to burn fat?

I’m a teen аnԁ I weigh 110ish аnԁ i’m 5″3′ аnԁ i know thаt isn’t tοο much bυt I want tο burn fаt frοm mу stomach..ick.
anyways, besides 2 hour cheer practices two times a week, I wanna take advantage οf mу YMCA card аnԁ ԁο ѕοmе cardio (tredmill, stationary bike, etc.) fοr maybe аn hour a day..? (maybe nοt οn those days thаt I hаνе cheer, іt саn ɡеt pretty tiring..).
Anԁ іt wουƖԁ mοѕt ƖіkеƖу bе іn thе morning ѕο I still hаνе thе day tο ԁο whatever I feel Ɩіkе.
I’m nοt sure іf thаt’s tοο much/tοο ƖіttƖе/јυѕt rіɡht, though..?
Anԁ wουƖԁ I maybe see ѕοmе sort οf result frοm thіѕ іn a ƖіttƖе under a month?
I’m nοt expecting a hυɡе change οr anything Ɩіkе thаt.

Minimum is 30 minutes a day at 85% of you max heart rate!

If you want to burn fat then i prefer both low intensity( for 45 minutes ) and high intensity interval training.3 days for low intensity interval training and 2 days for HIIT.I prefer not to do exercise on empty stomach in the morning because you will lose muscle as well.Do jumping jacks,sprinting.Do high intensity interval training on stationary bike(4 minutes in first week,5 min in 3rd,6 min in 4 week and so on).Don’t skip breakfast and stay away from sugary and greasy food.Eat vegetables,fruits and diet high in protein.

it’s not too much
however, if you’re just starting out you might not be able to jog for an hour a day
ya sure you don’t need to do it on the cheer days, or you can opt to do a lighter workout
give yourself 1-2 days a week for rest
you can try a daily routine like -
30 min jogging
15 min stationary bike
now for your abs, since you want to lose tummy fat, I wouldnt know if you’ve done them before, so to start slow
normally I do these type of exercises after a jog, but feel free to do them before
20 reps x 3 sets – regular crunches (upper abs)
20 x 3 – oblique twists (obliques)
20 x 3 – lying leg raise (lower abs)
if you dont know how to do these things properly, I always found they offered a lot of useful instructional vids on youtube, so simply type in “crunches” “oblique twists” etc and you can see how to do these exercises, or ask someone at the gym
as days go by and your stamina/abs get stronger, you can increase your rep size, or your jogging/biking time

an hour a day isn’t even necessary. doing cardio you start to burn calories after 7 minutes.. I’d recommend 30 minutes a day at most, you should start to see a difference in two weeks with your regular cheer leading schedule. don’t loose too much weight, I actually like around 110 or even up to 120 is fine for 5″3′ depending on how big your curves are
I workout (weights/cardio) every other day and since i don’t want to loose weight, I run on the treadmill for 6 minutes. take a minute break. and repeat like 5 times
