Workout advice needed pls…*pic*?

I’ve attached a link fοr уου tο see mу body аnԁ whаt I’m dealing wіth. I’m 5′7 145lbs. I’m hoping tο lose 10-15. I need tο ԁο ѕοmе аt home workouts аnԁ οnƖу hаνе аn exercise bike. CουƖԁ уου please suggest a workout fοr mе, аnԁ hοw long іt wіƖƖ take tο lose mу weight. Thank уου аnԁ аƖƖ input іѕ appreciated!

I eat relativley οftеn, аbουt 1500 cals a day, bυt I know I need tο exercise more аnԁ drink more water…

    Christine, you look very nice, all you need to do, is bike for about 30 to 45 minutes daily. Just watch you calorie intake, that’s the only way to loose weight, make sure you eat less calories than you burn each day, (calorie deficit), and the cardio will help you burn some more calories also.

    biking will definitely help you but for the best results you will have to up the intensity of your workouts and the bst way to do that is interval training or what they call H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training
    after you’ve warmed up for 5 or 10 minutes turn up the tension on your bike for just 20 to 30 seconds and pedal really hard. you should still be going pretty fast but not so fast that you are out of control, then back the tension off and “rest’ for 30 seconds or so. that is basic interval training .

    try different variations of your “sprints” with different levels of tension, try going for 10 seconds one tiome and maybe try 45 seconds or a minute another.

    if you have any gyms close by inquire if the have spin classes and pay the 10 bucks or so to try one out. spin classes are the best forms of cardio and you burn lots of calories and they will give you killer legs.

    you can also do a you tube search for spin classes to see exactly what i am talking about.
