    If your joints are strong and not prone to injury you can run some intervals first to get your heart rate up. Run up and down the stairs starting with your left foot. Then do it with your right foot. Then walk it off for 30 seconds and repeat until you start to feel too much strain.
    From there start doing a bunch of body weight excercises. Push ups, squats, lunges, crunches, leg lifts, etc. and keep your heart rate up in between by running in place or doing jumping jacks or something similar.

    Well where I live it’s raining to…so I do these push up’s, pull up (in the bathroom), vacuum the living room (I burn more calories by moving all the furniture). I hope this works.

    It may sound silly, but running up and down the steps is a great workout. My dog likes to join me when I do it.

    I do like yoga :) But I found a really good indoor walking videa. It is a Dennis Austin video and I love doing it…I often laugh at the way she comments …ohhhh it feels so good…LOL. But its fun and I can do it inside when the weather wont allow me outside.

    there are lots of exercises inside. lots of different crunches for your belly and booty, and leg exercises. I wish I could describe them all, but there are so many. just do tummy crunches and butt crunches and leg exercises. These are the most important. ALso lunges are really good.
